It wasn't a straightforward move as we were moving two houses into one and through no fault of Luckes the size of one of the houses belongings in storage , had been vastly underestimated . But as we started to panick , Max was straight onto it , sorted the issue whilst keeping us at ease and we ended up with a very satisfactory move.

The team were polite, friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. They were on time, well organised and worked steadily throughout the day without needing to be prompted. Nothing felt rushed or careless, and they treated our belongings with real care.

What stood out most was how helpful they were beyond simply moving boxes. When items ended up in the wrong room or needed shifting again, they were more than happy to help and did so without any fuss. That level of support made a big difference on a stressful day.

Communication was clear throughout, and when an unexpected delay occurred that was outside their control, it was handled calmly and fairly.

Is commercial storage available?

Yes. Short- and long-term storage can be arranged for suitable office furniture, equipment and archives during refurbishment, delayed access or a phased relocation.
